Janne is the Head Chef of Restaurant Grön in Helsinki. Grön is a leading restaurant in sustainability and Janne is also in charge of this topic at the restaurant.

Mikko Pakola is a long time veteran of the Finnish culinary team. He is also the Head Chef of Restaurant Smör in Turku. He is an expert on fish.

Johan Kurkela
Johan is Finland's Candidate for this year's Bocuse d'Or. He has a strong background in Michelin-starred cooking.

Miikka has also competed in Bocuse d'Or, alongside the chef of the chefs, Eero Vottonen. Miikka has also worked at Olo and G.W. Sundmans.

Henri was part of the opening team of renewed Restaurant Palace and spent several years in that kitchen. Now he's a Chef de Partie in the world famous 3 Michelin-starred Restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm.
Miki Puikkonen
Miki is a culinary jack of all trades. He's lived in Peru and United Arab Emirates, has worked as a Head Chef in Mukkulan Kartano and also serves as the culinary innovator behind Bean Better, the fermented bean product, which can be found on S-Markets across Finland.
Edith Keto
Edith Keto specializes in wild food and vegan delicacies. She's worked with Sami Tallberg, who is THE wild food guy in Finland. Now she's working in Restaurant Palace.
Sami Kosunen
Sami has worked in Michelin star restaurants in Hungary, Japan and Finland. He was in charge of the pastry department in Restaurant Palace.
Moona Mankinen
Moona is working in the pastry department in most prestigious hotel in Nice, France. She's moving to Finland to open up her own pastry shop.
